The VAF Oilcon ODME system complies to the latest regulations regarding
the carriage of Biodiesel according to IMO resolution MEPC.108(49), regulation
31 Annex I of Marpol 73/78 (2011 consolidates edition) MEPC108(49) as amended
by IMO resolution MEPC.240(65).

Installation
*Shipyard/ships engineer is responsible for physical mounting of the equipment, running of all
cable and terminations. Included with Mark6M ODME is an adapter flange to be installed on the
current bulkhead sample pump ring. This makes you able to install the smaller Mark6M sample
pump without any hot work to be carried out. Refer to technical manual delivered with order
and available via www.sikama.se for details on installation of each component. Installation of
ODME system, under normal circumstances, can be completed in two (2) days.
Commissioning of the system can be carried out by a VAF Instruments technician and in normal
circumstances can be completed in one (1) day.
Commissioning hours for the ODME are not included in the price.
